after playing 54 of them team a has 28 wins . A. how many wins will team have at end of season, 54/162 = 1/3

so I know answer is 28 x 3 = 84 wins

B. what is % of games won by team so far this season to nearest tenth I think 28 divided 54 = 59.9% ?

C. use answer from A. to find % tha team is projected to win for season? ! think 162 x .529 = 84 maybe answer but i do not know how to set up equation.

**Lee**, Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 1:26pmA. Right. 28 wins out of 54 games 28/54=.52 or 52% so 108 games left and 52% of 108 is 56 wins projected plus 28 already won so 84 wins at end of the season.

B. You are right 28/54 but answer 0.51851 to nearest tenth is 51.9%

C. Projected wins for the season is 84 and 84 out of 162 or 84/162= 52%
