A disk is rotating on a horizontal axis, going from bottom to top. Answer the following questions if you pull down at A and push up at B along the axis of the disk.

What is the direction of the torque acting on the disk?

A figure or better description is needed. Where are A and B? If the axis is horizontal, "up and down" and "along the axis" are contradictory.
