1) We plan to involve a group of 18/20 students in year 11 who are high-achievers and are willing to devote sufficient time and energy to
the project.
2) By the way, is the French school or your school acting as a coordinator of the project?
3) Do we have to fill in an application form (how do you call the form you need to fill in order to be granted the funds for the project?)by/within a precise date?
4) As we have never been involved in a Comenius project before, I'd like you to inform me about all the formalities we, as partners, will need to deal with.(can you help me finish the sentence?).
