this is math. not in reality. you have to use a proportion and that's what i need help with.
1 min = 60 s
4 min = 4 * 60 = 240 s
240 beats / 240 s = 1 beat / s
Children (ages 6-15) 70-100 beats per minute
Adults (age 18 and over) 60-100 beats per minute
