I urgently need you to revise the following sentences I have to include in an email.

1) Thank you for answering my last email and letting me know you are going to find another theme for our Comenius project with your French partner.
2) As I'm holding a meeting with my colleagues from the English Department this afternoon, I'd like to have a few more details about your school profile.
3) If the students, who will be involved in the project, are only those of the the linguistic branch (specializing in languages).
4) In this case I'd like to know if English is their first foreign language, French their second and Italian or Latin their third.
5) Finally, I'd like to know how many hours do they averagely have of English a week? Actually, we intend to include students from class 13 who study English as their first foreign language.
