wait. are the brackets around the numbers saying to find their absolute value, or is that just ot seperate them?

Absolute numbers are not indicated by brackets "[]" but by straight lines "II".

I-13I - I13I = 0

(The vertical lines should be longer, but I don't know how to print them on the computer.)
