I. Find the standard score (z) for a data value = 19.

II. Find the probability of a data value < 19.

III. Find the probability of a data value > 19.

SD^2 = Variance

2 and 3. Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportions related to the Z score.
