for my homework we had to write a paragraph on what we do to help out around the house
could you please let me know if there are grammar or spelling mistakes

Pour aider autour de la maison décharger le lave-vaisselle quand il doit être fait et j'ai aussi aider à charger le lave-vaisselle.
Pour aider à la maison j'ai aussi nettoyer votre chambre. Cela comprend faire mon lit et de garder ma chambre en ordre, même si je le faire quand même. Je garde aussi ma salle de bain bien rangé en faisant en sorte que tous mes maquillage et produits pour les cheveux sont mis de côté et rien n'est laissé de côté. Je préfère garder ma chambre et salle de bain impeccable parce que j'ai le obsessionnels compulsifs dissorderet la haine pagaille.
Pour aider à la maison j'ai aussi mettre la table pour le dîner et aussi ranger la table à l'écart après le dîner c'est parce que mes parents dépensent une cuisson longue donc, mon frère et moi, comme pour aider
Pour aider à la maison j'ai aussi faire la vaisselle. Nous utilisons normalement le lave-vaisselle, je vais laver la vaisselle si je cuire un gâteau ou de faire toute la cuisson ou parfois laver quelques assiettes impairs qui ont besoin de faire.

Instead of the infinitive, I'd conjugate it to show that that is what you do to help

je décharge le lave-vaisselle

Now I see the past tense. Is it what we DO or what we DID? I'll change them to Present Tense. What level French are you in? Have you had the passé composé et l'imparfait?

Pour aider chez moi OR Pour aider dans la maison...je nettoie MA chambre (I clean YOUR room?)

mon lit et garder...si je le fais
ma salle (feminine) bien rangée
tous mes (plural) maquillages

chambre ET salon (now it's a plural subject) impecables

word order but it looks like too many words; are you trying to say "obsessive compulsive disorder?? = le désordre (OR la pagaille) compulsif (compulsive) et obsessif (obsessive) = I'm not sure what the term is in English

Without knowing exactly what you are trying to say, I have no idea why "comme pour aider" is doing there, or "une cuisson lon gue" = a long baking?

It looks like a run-on sentence. After "le lave-vaissel" either a period or a semicolon...je cuis ou je fais toute la cuisssoniy oarfius he kave...odd, uneven dishes?

First of all, decide what tense you want and each sentence must have a conjugated verb. SIMPLIFY what you are trying to say to avoid many pitfalls. If y ou reqork the word order, it will "flow" better.
