I will assume that all the sandwiches are the same size! And that they are basically cylinders.
cut each sandwich lengthwise into three parallel strips of equal size. This is a bit awkward, since the center strip will have more filling and less bread. I guess you could unroll them, spread out the fillings evenly, and then cut them.
cut each sandwich crosswise into equal lengths
slice the sandwiches diagonally, so that each piece weighs the same. Again, there's the bread/filling problem.
