1. Create a rank-ordered list of best practices concerning total quality management (TQM) that would be applicable to all hotels. Please provide specific examples.
2. From the perspective of hotel management, determine which aspect of managing employees has the biggest single impact on TQM and make at least one recommendation for management to ensure they get the aspect you identified right.
