Hi everyone,
Why are metals more reactive in acids?
Thanks
1 answer
Not all metals are reactive in acids but most of them are above hydrogen (all acids contain H) so they enter into single replacement reactions with the metal replacing H to form H2 gas and the salt of the acid.
