A rectangular playing field is 3 times as long as it is wide. its area is 2500 metres squared. find the cost of fencing in the field if the fencing costs €15 per metre

length = y

y = 3x
xy = 2500
3x^2 = 2500
x = 28.867
y = 86.604

perimeter = 2(x+y) = 230.942 m
cost = 15*230.942 = 3464.13
