Homework Help: Decimal problem #2

The glass mirror of the Hubble telescope had to be repaired in space because it would not focus properly. The problem was that the mirror's outer edge had a thickness of 0.6248 cm when it was supposed to be 0.625 cm. Was the edge too thick or thin? By how much?
