Homework Help: Maths

If I have the mean and standard deviation of data how do I work out the percentage of data within 1,2,and 3 standard deviations of the mean?
:) any help would be much appreciated

Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportions related to the Z scores.
