Homework Help: english (parts of a sentence)

Is (the worried lady) in the following sentence the subject or is it a adjective phrase?

Gazing over her shoulder, the worried lady called for help.

Can (my computer problem)in the following sentence be considered a dependent clause? If not could you explain what it is? Thanks
