Let a,b, be the legs, and c the hypotenuse

a+b+c = 38.7

a + b + √(12.5^{2}+b^{2}) = 38.7

√(12.5^{2}+b^{2}) = 26.2 - b

12.5^{2}+b^{2} = b^{2} - 52.4b + 686.44

52.4b = 530.19

b = 10.1

a = 12.5

c = 16.1
