let f(x) = 2x^4 - 3x^2 + 15x - 15k
if (2x-3) is a factor, then f(3/2) = 0
2(81/16) - 3(9/4) + 15(3/2) - 15k = 0
solve for k
then sub that value into 3k - √5k
