18  15 = 3
3/15 = 0.2 = 20%

Ok. Now I have a question about finding the minimum and maximum possible areas for rectangles with the following areas. This is what I got can you check please?
7 mi x 8 mi
Minimum 7.5x 6.5= 48.75 mi
Maximum 8.5x 7.5= 63.75 mi
12 km x 5 km
Minimum 11.5x4.5= 51.75 km
Maximum 12.5x5.5= 68.75 km
