IF C IS THE NUMBER OF CUPS THEN 1/2C CAN BE USED TO FIND THE NUMBER OF PINTS FOR 12 CUPS MY ANSWER
1(1/2C) X 12=
(1X.5)X12
.5X 12=6
ANS 6 PINTS
IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO WORD THIS PROBLEM
