What sub tabs I can put into my binders for school & my elective binder ?

notes (date each page)

handouts (date each one)
study guides, old tests, old homework (if it can be used for study)
assignments due (date each line, and date when the assignments are due).

In the notes section, I recommend use the Cornell or NSL method of notetaking. In my experience, questions entered in the left column AFTER class is a much better study aid.

To determine what sub-tabs you can put into your binders for school and your elective binder, you need to consider the subjects or topics that you will be studying in each class. Here's how you can go about selecting sub-tabs for your binders:

1. School Binder:
a. Start by identifying the various subjects you are studying in school. For example, you might have subjects like Math, Science, English, History, and so on.
b. Once you have a list of subjects, consider the specific topics or units you will be covering in each subject. For Math, this might include Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, etc. For Science, it could be Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.
c. Based on the subjects and topics, create sub-tabs for each binder section. For example, you can have separate tabs for Math, Science, English, History, etc. Within each tab, you can further divide it into sub-tabs based on the topics you will cover in each subject.

2. Elective Binder:
a. Your elective binder will depend on the electives you have chosen for your courses. Identify the electives you are taking, such as Art, Music, Physical Education, Computer Science, etc.
b. Once you have your elective subjects, consider the specific areas or projects you will be focusing on within each elective. For Art, this might include Drawing, Painting, Sculpting, etc. For Music, it could be Vocal, Instrumental, Music Theory, etc.
c. Create sub-tabs in your elective binder based on the electives and their respective areas of study. For example, you can have tabs for Art, Music, PE, Computer Science, etc. Within each tab, create sub-tabs for the different areas or projects within each elective.

Remember, the key is to organize your binders in a way that makes it easy for you to find the materials and information you need for each subject or elective. Think about what makes the most sense for you and how you prefer to study and access your materials.
