I CHOOSE 9 THATS WHAT I GOT IN LONG DIVISION.

My answer is 1.
Tavg. = (27 + (125)) / 2 = 49C.
C. 1 only.

Without rounding, the tenth digit is 0.
1. Range from +27 to  125, therefore average (27+125)/2 = 76. Go 76º up from 125º or down from 27º.
2. 2(1) = 2+1 = 1
