This isn't a homework or scool question, or anything like that, so please don't try to rush this, it's not that important... but what is the square root of pi???

:)

A calculator will tell you that it is:

1.772453851...

It is an irrational number, so the string of numbers after the decimal point never ends and does not repeat.

Why is this extremely hard? π is just a number, like 34 or 1.5, which has no exact square root. It's just that π is so important that it has been given a symbol of its own. Lots of other numbers have their own names, and very few of them have exact roots either.

oh ok thanks. :)

The square root of pi is approximately 1.77245385091.

To calculate the square root of pi, you can use a scientific calculator or an online calculator. Simply enter the value of pi (approximately 3.14159265359) and then calculate the square root function.

Here are the steps to find the approximate value of the square root of pi using a calculator:

1. Start with the value of pi (π) which is approximately equal to 3.14159265359.
2. Enter this value into the calculator.
3. Look for the square root function on the calculator. It is usually denoted as "√" or by the "^0.5" exponent.
4. Press the square root button or enter "^0.5" after the value of pi.
5. Calculate the result.
6. The answer you get should be approximately 1.77245385091, which is the square root of pi.

Alternatively, you can also use mathematical methods to approximate the square root of pi by using a series expansion or iterative methods, but those are more complex approaches.
