Are there ways to have more enegry. You see during second period yesterday like during gym we were during war ups (ugh I HATE THE WAR UPS) ans when I was running, & skipping I felt so tired & losing enegry so is there any ways I can have MORE MORE MORE ENEGRY so that way I won't feel tired & losing enegry please.
