Theren is a "chat with live tutors" link at the top of the jiskha page. One of them might help you. The teachers there are not the same ones who answer posted questions here. It is not free.
I have a heard good things about www.tutors.com. Some school or library districts pay the fees for a limited amount of free tutoring from profit-making online tutoring establishments. Ask your local or school librarian.
The jiskha.com forum is for the answering of posted questions only. Response times vary from minutes to hours, usually. Many questions go unanswered since we have limited volunteer staff available.
