It is pretty obvious he was disillusioned with Peron and his ideas. Why else would he accept the idea there was no limit to the degradation of a human?
Juan Perón in his first term favored employment and the working class. He also allowed Jews in his administration. Osvaldo Dragón was from a Jewish family but he wrote this particular play in 1956 while Juan Perón was in exile in Venezuela.
He definitely was critiaing politics at that time of the play. As in the Theater of the Absurd, conditions were abominable. While in exile, Perón was encouraging riots, etc. to harass the government.
