1) Go into the departures lounge where you can buy things in the duty-free shop. About half an hour before take-off, go to your gate number and wait for your flight to be announced.
2) After you board the plane, a flight attendant will help you find your seat. If you have any hand luggage, put it in the overhead luggage locker.
3) Fasten your seat belt during take-off and landing. The flight attendants will offer you a snack during the flight.
4) When the plane lands, wait for it to stop. Disembark from the plane, go through the terminal building, and collect your luggage from the baggage carousel.
5) Go through customs. If you have anything to declare, tell the customs officer. Exit the airport through the arrivals lounge.
