each member of the committee has agreed to sell 50 tickets to the fair. student tickets r $3 each and adult tickets r $5 each. let t represent the number of student tickets that u sell. write a simplified expression in terms of t for the total amount of money u raise for selling all 50 tickets.
any help would be apprecited

students tickets -- t
adult tickets --- 50-t

money raised = 3t + 5(50-t)
= 3t + 250 - 5t
= 250 - 2t
