What is the mass of 1.2 grams of oxygen if it occupies a volume of 500 cubic centimeters at s.t.p?
1 answer
If the mass is 1.2 grams wouldn't it have a mass of 1.2 grams regardless of how much volume it occupies at STP (or any other set of conditions). Incidentally, I don't think 1.2 g oxygen will occupy 500 cc at STP.
