Homework Help: psychology

I have to define organizational psychology and the difference in general psychology. Let me know if I am correct and where I could find more information please.
Organizational Psychology studies the behaviors of people in a formal organizations. While general psychology is the study of human and animal behaviors and why they have certain behaviors.
