According to statistics gathered as part of a research project by a group of statistics students on the college campus, 376 out of the 439 deaths attributed to lightning strikes were male. If all of the names of the deceased were placed into a drum and one (1) name was selected at random: What is the probability that the gender of the person whose name was selected was male?
