9/10(3x+8) + 3 >= 15,

27x/10 + 72/10 +3 >= 15,

Multiply both sides by 10:

27x + 72 + 30 >= 150,

27x + 102 >= 150,

27x >= 150- 102,

27x >= 48,

X >= 48/27,

X >= 16 / 9.
