Homework Help: Business Class

In our business class, we have to come up with a business and make it different from other competitor. My business is desktop publishing ( Creating brochures , advertisement, newspaper, and business card) and I can't think of way to make the business unique. The only thing I can think of is On-Time deliver or refund, and the design on the item are created based on customer desire. Can anyone tell me some stuff to make the business different? Thanks
