You can use a binomial probability table or do this by hand.

If you are doing this by hand, use the binomial probability function, which states:

P(x) = (nCx)(p^x)[q^(n-x)]

x = 3

n = 20

p = .24

q = 1 - p

I'll let you take it from here.
