Two decimal places is two numbers to the right of the decimal point. If the third number to the right of the decimal point is 5 or greater, round up. Otherwise just give the numbers, e.g., 28,61.
Thank you but what if number is 39.70
so we will drop the zero or not .
I'd keep the zero to show that you'd rounded to the nearest hundredth.
