11 + 12^2 - (-11)*12

you should perform multiplication operation (the -11*12) first, not subtraction (not the 144-11).

-(8m) - (-7m + 2)
-8m + 7m - 2
-m - 2
you should distribute the negative sign to the terms inside the parenthesis. thus their sign change to its opposite (the -7m becomes +7m and +2 becomes -2)

for the third question, the first operation you must do is to simplify the terms inside the parenthesis. recall PEMDAS: Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction.
