Dia.=0.9997 + 1.1*10^-5 (T-30) = 1.0cm,

0.9997 + 1.1*10^-5T - 33*10^-5 = 1,

1.1*10^-5*T=1 - 0.9997 + 0.00033

1.1*10^-5*T = 6.3*10^-4,

T = 57.3 deg.
