In addition, when you type in all-caps, two things happen:
**it's harder to read, and
**it's the online equivalent to SHOUTING (considered rude behavior).

Please just type in regular mode, not with the Caps Lock feature turned on. Thanks.

I understand that you're unable to open your Delmar CD on your new computer because it's not compatible with Windows 7. To resolve this issue, you have a few options:

1. **Check for compatibility updates**: Visit the Delmar website or contact their support to see if they have any updated software or drivers specifically for Windows 7. Sometimes manufacturers release compatibility updates to ensure their products work with newer operating systems. If they have an updated version, download and install it.

2. **Install in compatibility mode**: Right-click on the CD's setup file (typically named "setup.exe" or "install.exe") and select "Properties." In the Properties window, click on the "Compatibility" tab. Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and then select an older version of Windows that your CD was designed to run on. Apply the changes and try running the setup file again to see if it works.

3. **Use a virtual machine**: If the above methods don't work, you can try using a virtual machine. This allows you to run another operating system within your Windows 7 environment. You'll need a virtualization software like VirtualBox or VMware, and then you can create a virtual machine with an older version of Windows installed. You can then install and use the Delmar CD within that virtual machine.

4. **Contact the manufacturer**: If none of the above steps work, you should reach out to Delmar's customer support. Explain the problem you're facing and ask if they have any alternative solutions or workarounds for using their CD on Windows 7.

Remember to always be cautious when downloading or installing software from the internet and ensure it comes from a trusted source.
