do I have the right answers?
f(x) = (5 x)²
Find f(2) and f(2)
I end up with 24 on both equations

24 cannot be right, since f(x) is a perfect square if x is an integer.
f(2)=(52)²=?
f(2)=(5(2))²=(7)²=?

Your answer of 24 is incorrect for both cases
f(x) = (5x)^2
f(2) = (52)^2 = 3^2 = 9
f(2) = (5(2))^2 = 7^2 = 49
