Use Boyle's Law.
P*V = constant
P1 = initial pressure
P2 = final pressure = P1/5
V1 = initial volume = 8 L
V2 = final volume
(8 L)*P1 = V2*(P1/5)
P1 cancels out
V2 = 40 L
