Research has shown that disease is spread by germs. For thousands of years, physicians and nurses spread disease as they went from patient to patient. Today, they wash their hands (or use a hand sanitizer) before and after touching each patient. Lo and behold, hospital patients aren't infected nearly as often as they used to be.
ok thanks that is like the sanitation stage of 1800,s how they practiced using different techniques to help clear diseases.
Yes. It's only been in the last few years, though, that hospitals have put hand sanitizers in each room.
