writing is the representaion of language and most likely needed for transmitting informatin.language is necessary to convey or transmit information to every human being and without language there in no understaanding.language is the use in everyehere to communicate everything and giving information to all.language is the most important for the communication to have mutal undestanding. writing is also giving information to every human being and using to transcrip to the language.
