how can i make the Protein content equal the same %. what did i do wrong?

Breakfast: Flour protein

Fat content = 2 grams
1 gram contains fat of 9 calories
2 grams contain fat of 9 x 2 = 18 calories
Total quantity = 162 calories
Fat content = (18/162) x 100 = 11.11%

Protein content = 4 g
1 gram contains protein of 4 calories
4 grams contain protein of 4x4 = 16 calories
Total quantity = 320 calories
Protein content = (16/320) x 100 = 5%
