A train compartment of size 4m and 3m is moving on a horizontal track. A man fires a shot from outside with a velocity 10 m/s at an angle 53' with the track. A person sitting inside the compartment observe the bullet one corner to diagonally uposite coner. What will the velocity and direction of motion of train?

Is 4m the compartment width and 3m the height?

10 m/s is a pretty slow "shot". There are sprinters who can run that fast.

Is your 53' supposed to be 53 arc minutes, or 53 degrees? If is is 53 degrees, the train is not moving, since that is tan^-1 4/3
