The percent decrease from 5 to 4 is how much less than the percent increase from 4 to 5?
A. 0%
B. 5%
C. 15%
D. 20%
E. 25%

1/5 = 0.2 = 20%
1/4 = 0.25 = 25%
25%  20% = ____%

Divide the difference by the original number.
The difference between 4 and 5 is 1.
1/4 = 25%
