speed = 92 mi/hr * 1 hr/3600 s * 621 m/mi
= 15.9 m/s
average speed = 15.9/2 = 7.9 m/s
time to stop = distance/speed = .15/7.9 = .0189 second
force * time = change of momentum
803 * .0189 = m (15.9  0)
m = .955 kg

= 41.1 m/s
average speed = 41.1/2 = 20.6 m/s
time to stop = distance/speed = .15/20.6 = .0073 second
