I tried to revise the punctuation myself.
1) A Jewish council was established to regulate the internal life of the ghetto.
2) Jews were regularly sent to either a concentration camp or a death camp.
3) Since when did Jews start to be transported to concentration camps systematically?
4) After Kristallnacht the number of Jews sent (could you say “deported”, “transported”?) to concentration camps increased.
5) Prisoners were forced to do hard physical labour, as well as to sleep on wooden bunks in groups of three (??). In addition, they were given tiny rations of food.

Is there any difference between a concentration and an extermination camp?
