Eq1: 9X + 4Y = -12.
Eq2: X = 26 - 5Y.
In Eq1, substitute 26 - 5Y for X:
9(26-5Y) + 4Y = -12,
234 - 45Y + 4Y = -12,
-41Y = -12 -234 = -246,
Y = 8.
In Eq2, substitute 6 for Y:
X = 26 - 5*6 = -4.
Solution Set = (X,Y) = (-4,6).
