1.When are you having Jamie's surprise party?

I am not sure if 'you' is the complete subject or if it is 'Jamie's surprise party'.

2.John and Nicole washes the dishes.
A Sentence is correct
B. 'Washes' should be changed to'wash in order to make the subject and verb agree
C. Averb usually agrees with its subject in number
D. Sentence needs a helping verb
