If you could give me whole sentences, all would be clearer.
Just looking at fragments, I'd say no capital on "drama" and, yes, the capital on "Day."
It is not used in a sentence.
elizabethan drama- I need to tell if either word needs to be capitalized.
Only Elizabethan.
