Here are some websites which list many of the phrasal verbs in English. Not every website will list all the verbs, but by reading through several of these sites, you should get a good idea.

In addition, you need to go through websites which list and explain idioms (idiomatic expressions): "beating about the bush" is more of an idiom than a phrasal verb.
